Live Shopping Feature
✅ Click the Enable Send Direct button to enable trigger words in DM.
✅ Then click the Add button to start adding your trigger words. Ps. You can have as many words/links as you want.
✅ Click on the icon (photo)
- Upload the images to your file library.
- Click the mouse to select your product image and then confirm.
✅ Add a trigger word, this word will trigger the sending of the link in the user's DM.
Ex. productA, productB, productC
✅ Add a short description plus the link.
Ex. Here is the link to confirm your order.
✅ After completing and adding all trigger words and links, click save.
✅ 6 - Encourage your audience to write sentences with the word trigger to receive the link in the DM.
